If you are not satisfied with your purchased items, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the following Refund and Return Policy.
I. Conditions for Return Requests
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your items, provided that the following conditions are met:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, remaining in its original condition;
The item must include all original packaging (such as labels, hang tags, accessories, etc.);
Valid order information or proof of purchase must be provided;
For returns not resulting from quality issues, the customer may be required to bear the return shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges may not be supported in the following cases:
Item issues caused by human error or improper use;
Requests submitted after the specified return period has expired;
Items missing necessary accessories or packaging.

Ship Back Items: Follow the instructions to ship the items back to the designated address and provide the shipping tracking number;
Item Inspection: Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them to verify their condition;
Process Refund/Exchange: Once the inspection is approved, we will process your refund or arrange for the exchange.
IV. Refund Information
Refunds will be processed and completed within 3–7 business days after the returned items have passed inspection;
The funds will be returned to your original payment account via the original payment method;
The actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the processing cycles of your bank or payment institution.
V. Exchange Information
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different style), please specify this when submitting your request. The replacement item will be shipped out after the original item has passed inspection. If there is a price difference between the items, we will either issue a partial refund or request an additional payment, depending on the specific circumstances.
VI. Product Quality Issues
If the product you receive suffers from quality defects or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt and provide relevant photos for documentation. Upon verification, we will assume full responsibility and offer you either a refund or a free replacement service.
VII. Shipping Costs
For returns resulting from product quality issues or shipping errors (e.g., receiving the wrong item), the return shipping costs will be borne by our company.
For returns initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., personal preference, ordering the wrong item, etc.), the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Please do not return items directly without contacting us in advance, as doing so may delay the processing of your request.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to prevent the package from being lost in transit.
If the returned item is damaged or lost during shipping, this may affect the outcome of your refund.
